Base Pay: $8 USD
Each 30 minute class you teach with Qkids earns you $8 USD. Because classes are only 30 minutes, that means the minimum amount you will make is $16 USD per hour teaching with Qkids!
Performance Bonus: + $1
Each class is subject to the feedback of parents of the students you are teaching. After a class they will give feedback. An example of feedback is listed here. They have a selection of feedback choices, and if the feedback is positive after a lesson, you receive a $1 bonus! You get a bonus for each lesson, so if you do 2 in an hour, you could get a bonus of $2 USD per hour. That really adds up after awhile!

Attendance Bonus: + $1
You can get an additional $1 per class bonus just for being on time for class and making sure you don't miss any classes you are scheduled for! Easy money. Unfortunately, this bonus does not kick in until you have your availability set to at LEAST 15 classes per week. That's 7.5 hours of teaching a week. If you only teach the minimum 12 classes per week, you are not eligible for this bonus.
Attendance bonuses are calculated in attendance points. To get the weekly bonus, you have to have 15 attendance points or more from that week. You are eligible for these with 15 classes you are on time for. However, there are also ways to lose attendance points. Each lesson you are absent from without a notification or with a short notice (less than 24 hours before the lesson) gets a deduction of attendance points. The first absence of the week counts as -1, the second -2 and each following -5. Qkids has some flexibility, for example, if you inform them more than 5 hours in advance that you cannot teach the 4 lessons next day, they will count the 4 lessons as 1 absence.

With all of the bonuses, you can make $10 USD per class, which equals $20 USD per hour!
Standby Pay: $4 USD
For some of your available classes, you may be booked a standby. A standby class is a class in which you need to be available and logged into the system in case another teacher who is scheduled for a regular class is unable to make it for some reason. If you don't get scheduled another teacher's class, you make $4 just for waiting. If you do, you go up to the base pay of $8. You are also eligible for attendance points on a standby class, and all standbys are automatically awarded a performance bonus even without teaching. If you do teach, your performance bonus is subject to feedback.
